In case you were wondering why I continue to post more and more photos from our trip to Colorado, it is because I broke my camera while we were there and now have no new photos to keep your updated on our life since the trip.
The last several times that I was in need of a new camera, I spent a lot of time debating if I should buy a nice (SLR) camera or just get another point and shoot. With the frequency that I seem to break the darn things, it has always seemed to be in my best interest to just buy the cheapies. This time, however, I have decided to splurge and get myself an SLR. I am SO EXCITED to have a nice camera and to be able to take higher quality photos. Yay!

So, the plan is to buy a new camera sometime next week. Following the purchase, you can expect to be kept up to date with the goings-on of the Petermanns. (That is, after I figure out how to use the thing. :) )
