Final Floorplan

Here is the final floorplan for the house.

We made several changes from the stock plan. We:
enclosed the "dining" room and will use it as a den/library type of room
added a coat closet
enclosed more of the kitchen, but added a little area for barstools at one end
added a couple feet to the breakfast nook, so we can use it as our dining room
removed the fireplace
removed the tray ceilings in the dining room and master bedroom
added a couple extra feet to the garage
removed one foot from the front wall of the house
changed the master bath tub/shower combo into just a shower and removed one sink

There were probably a couple more things, but that is all I can think of just now. We are getting very excited for the whole process to get underway.
