First Tailgate

We took Sam downtown for his first tailgating experience, last weekend.  First, we went to our own tailgate and then we walked down to Dale and Janet's, next to the stadium.  Sam got lots of lovin' by friends, grandparents and great aunts and uncles.  He seemed to have a great time!  :)

For the last tailgate, Brian and company ate some canned, fried grasshoppers. They were pretty gross, but he says that they were not as bad as the Gourami fish paste that they had a few weeks before that. Sadly(?), I had to work on the weekend that they ate the fish paste, so I didn't get any photos of that.

Lots o' Drinks

After some chilly tailgating, we watched Friday's football game at Red 9. It was nice and warm in there and we had front row seating to their big screen. Brian and I both thought that their alcohol cage was pretty cool.
